Color Variation
Marble, granite, travertine, limestone, and slate are products of nature; color variations and veining are normal and should be expected.
Inspection
All products are sold AS IS condition and there are no verbal or implied warranties. Stone Products Unlimited, Inc. will assume NO responsibility after installations.
Hold Orders
Holds are available for limited period of time. Please contact your Stone Products Unlimited, Inc.’s salesperson for more information.
Shipping
All orders are FOB Anaheim, CA unless otherwise specified. The customer is responsible for arranging pick up and/or shipment with the freight carrier.
Freight Claims
Stone Products Unlimited, Inc. assumes no responsibility for processing freight claims. All freight claims to be handled by customer with freight carrier.
Returns
No partial returns will be accepted and all returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns need to be approved prior to acceptance. Special conditions will apply for special orders, sale items, discounted materials, old stock, etc.
Additional Charges
$25 fee will be charged to the customer for NSF checks. Invoices not paid within the agreed terms will be charged 2% per month in combination with any legal fees, collection fees and court costs.
